AMARILLO'S ORIGINAL

BIZARRE BAZAAR #4

SPOOKY MARKET

October 3, 2026, 4-9pm, Arts in the Sunset, 3701 Plains Blvd

For our very first event in our new home at Arts in the Sunset, Bizarre Bazaar will span the area from the Northwestern-most entrance (closest to the Swope Performance Plaza where we had Bizarre Bazaar #2) from the hallway to the Center Court, and all the way into the Legacy Ballroom at the other end of that hall, including the entire Legacy Ballroom . If you've ever walked beneath the giant Owl sculpture in the Center Court, where the popcorn stand is, you're thinking of the right place!

This year, after last year's incredible Bizarre Bazaar, (see below if you missed it!) we're going even bigger this year, with up to 70 vendors for your spooky shopping adventure. There will be activities, vendors slinging their wares from gourmet cookies and cakes to pottery, jewelry, to furnishings and decor, books, fine art, incredible fibercrafts. witchy wares and tools, one-of-a-kind art assemblage, bones & wet specimens, coffins, minerals and gemstones, and of course your favorite food trucks in the parking lot... and possibly - surely - a few surprises.

It is, as always, an all ages, FREE event, and there will be trick-or-treating from booth to booth for the kiddos, costumed or not! Make sure to bring a treat bucket or bag for ALL THE CANDY! There will also be some kids' activities from one of our non-profit tables, thank you, Idol Art!

GOTH PROM 2027 TICKETS WILL GO ON SALE during Bizarre Bazaar, and you must be present to purchase. Tickets will go on sale online for the general public and those unable to purchase tickets the following day, October 4th. Remember that last year, we sold out of tickets completely in less than 7 hours, so please plan accordingly to buy your tickets!

*As with all Goth Prom Amarillo events, this is a 100% clown-free event. Anyone dressed in, made up as, or otherwise clearly resembling a clown will not be granted entry. to the event. Thank you for understanding.

Sept 20, 2025, 4-9pm, Khiva Shrine, 305 SE 5th Ave

BIZARRE BAZAAR #3

Well, you showed up, and we had the biggest, best and the baddest-ass Bizarre Bazaar yet. Between 1,000--1,200 individual guests darkened the doors of the spooky, beautiful Khiva Shrine between 4-7pm. Tickets for Goth Prom 2026 went on sale at 4pm at Bizarre Bazaar - and in less than 7 hours, we were completely SOLD OUT.
The line to enter stretched all the way down to the Civic Center.
Our volunteers were indispensable, as always. Our security guard Todd was amazing. And all of our vendors? Unbelievable. And the food trucks? Sold out of food. Amazing. And to all the Shriners who helped out (David) or had a hand in this event in any way, we couldn't have done this without you! Thank you, from the bottoms of our black little goth hearts.
