What is Goth Prom?
Goth Prom Amarillo is just like a High School Prom, but unlike High School, you have to be 21 or over to attend this prom, because we have a bar! It's dancing, drinking, and debauchery. It's people watching, and everyone dressed up in their Goth finest.
We are a catered event thanks to BlackFig; we offer delicious hors d'oeuvres to nosh between shaking it on the dance floor, and catching up with people you haven't seen since last prom.
There are several selfie backdrop stations with ring lights and a tripod, or you can ask someone for a photo assist. And I haven't even mentioned the music yet...
We offer you the best goth dance music from the late 70s to the present,
with DJ Tooley spinning all the goth songs you love.
We crown our Goth Royalty every year, which is our take on the traditional high school Prom King & Queen. (see Marcus & Maitlyn in the photo to the right, the 2025 Royalty) But because we're all inclusive, it's gender neutral.
There's a silent auction, a merch table, door prizes, and we can't forget about the bar. Our staff of professional bartenders will keep you in perfectly poured drinks for the whole evening.
Honestly, it s the best time you'll have in Amarillo all year.

this time indoors - in the air conditioning - at Khiva Shrine! 305 SE 5th Ave, downtown Amarillo, September 20, 2025, 4pm-9pm.

Goth Prom is our Main Event, so we try to really bring you GREAT vendors, selling their amazing wares that you can't get anywhere else.
Bizarre Bazaar is our main vending event, where we raise the bulk of the money we need to put on the best Goth Prom possible.
Vendor applications are now closed. All vendors have been chosen. If you applied to be a vendor this year and weren't chosen, please know we had a limited number of vendors this year, but please apply again next year!

Our MAIN EVENT!
The theme for the Fourth Annual Goth Prom is My Bloody Valentine. February 14th, 2026, from 7pm-11pm. Tickets go on sale to the public on September 21, at noon. Ticket sales are online only.

There are selfie stations throughout the building for you to create fun memories of your night at Goth Prom.
There will be a silent auction upstairs, just past the welcome table at the entrance. Make sure to have a look; most of the items up for auction are one of a kind.
DJ Tooley keeps you moving on the dance floor to your favorite Goth music.
He brings you the "Total Prom Experience" complete with lights, fog and driving rhythm that keeps you in motion!
After you've worked up an appetite on the dance floor, quell that wicked hunger with some incredible, delicious hors d'oeuvres from Black Fig Foods.
Quench your thirst at the bar, with professional bar tenders, serving beer, wine & cocktails. Drink tickets will be available for sale upstairs starting when the doors open. Drink tickets are $5 each, and all drinks are $5.
Water and soft drinks are always free.

We award two individual prom goers regardless of gender identity, with a crown and a bouquet of roses, after being chosen by you!
