The Black Market Tampon Coven is a gang of weirdos who liked each other and agreed that certain subcultures were under-represented in Amarillo,

and decided to do something awesome about it.

We all met for brunch; one thing led to another. and we were talking about having no tampons in a women's restroom at work, and having to bring them from home even though that was inexplicably frowned upon.
So naturally, we decided to call ourselves 

The Black Market Tampon Coven.
